How do I contact the judge? This is my first ever rejection. I have no clue why they rejected this:

16k it's under the limit.

Is its pixel size too big? I don't know, it probably isn't. If not, then the only other thing I can think of is that it was full... o_O

15.76 KB (16143 bytes) is your size

for some reason when you upload it always adds on one extra kb, try re-submitting it at a 14k and see if that works.

The judge always reject me for no reason O_o But I still can enter the contest. (Which is annoying to mean that is like resubmitting alot of times)

I sent it in again and surprisingly they took it. It is still a mystory to me why it was rejected the first time.

The discription I had origionally had something to do with Donald being tired of Sgt. Buzzard forcing him to shine boots, so he decided relaxing is better.

I don't see anything wrong with the origional description, but I made a different one that wasn't as cool.

The only other thing that I could think of was that I sent the same pict in the art gallery under my Butterflyhornet account. After noticing they didn't take the image, I entered it in the contest.

I still wish I knew why it was rejected before

They don't give actual reasons.

BeDeviled: I'll have to test that to know for sure. I wouldn't be surprized if an extra byte gets added. In my situation, the file size wasn't likely the problem.

I saved one entry this week to my hard drive that was a full 19kb.

I think one of my first entries was close to 20kb, got through, and even placed.

If you send it but then try to update your image later they can't see it, thats what Amanda told me when I emailed asking why mine was rejected. That could be why?

i was going to say maybe they looked at it the wrong way with a sick mind and thought no but if they accepted it now then maybe not maybe i just have a sick mind .. i love the pic its great!

Can I have the judge's email address? She rejected it again when I tried to resubmit it for this week.

I don't know why it would be viewed as sick, but I do notice if I say he is relaxing, I seem to be rejected.

I really would like to email the judge, but I cannot find the address and my computer is killing me when trying to load the pages here. Opera counts it like 13 minutes to load just the main index just to give an idea how slow this computer is.

Now If I can get her email, than maybe we can find out. Is there a directory of staff emails anywhere?

I don't mean to snap, but I've been asking for Amanda's email since last week and still have yet to get an answer.

And my computer will not let me browse the archives of this forum without crashing and needing rebooting. May I please have her email address? I tried filling out the suport form but TNT hasn't given me her contact info either, and I'm very frustrated

This is what I sent off to them today via the ideas/comments form. If someone could give me the contest judges email, I can modify this and send it to her and hope for a quicker response and not an auto reply two or so months later.

I think it would would be a nice idea if there was room in the contact form to be be able to send emails to specific staff members. A directory would be helpful. And I sent this question last week and am still waiting for a reply.

I'm trying to contact Amanda, the contest judge with questions concerning the bori I tried to enter on one of my side accounts this week. She rejected it and I'm trying to find out why. As far as I knew the jpg was intact and bug free. The content fits within the rules as far as I knew.

I even supmitted it last week a second time and it made it through, and even won third place in bori. I want to know why it is occasionally rejected when I try to submit it. Was there something wrong in the discription about saying he is relaxing?

I am really curious for an answer so I can avoid making whatever mistake I made.

The second time I entered, it did not make it in. Sorry I meant to update this but got caught up in other things when my main computer smelt like something was burning and needed to be looked at.

She did reply to my email. Turns out that the image did not show up on her server. The server is glitcy and will sometimes render images as blank even if they looked good when you sent them.

(Last night, I found something odd when I brought my saved images back from my college. The images that looked decent on the mac looked terrible on windows- the images looked like the last part of the jpg code got cut off- and look that way when I bring them back)

So it might be possible I sent in a broken image and wasn't aware of it.

But it could be their server too. She said that happens quite a bit to her and she has to reject those blank images.

I almost had that glitch happen to my torturedbutterfly I entered this week, but she cought it and sent me an email that said she had not seen it, instead of sending a rejection letter. (In my email before, I had shown her a photobucket link of the image)
