Have you tried testing some bones? I haven't gotten any help either! I tested one bone, and I haven't been allowed to test any more yet. So I'm wondering how long the wait is, or if I'm doing something wrong. Do you have to test another bone from the same grave? It doesn't seem like it. But I'm unable to change grave sites.
