Next pet that should be revamped: Eyrie. Comparing the new shield to the current pet:

Tons of potential, and we have a good idea of what it would look like post-revamp. It's a major improvement that makes the pet look more proportionate and stately without a drastic deviation from the pet's current look.

And in case the Neopets artists haven't gotten the message yet:
The Neopets that resemble real-life pets are awesome. Thank you.

Edit: Huggles, I think that's an attribute of the spotted seal, like on this page.

The new spotted Tuskaninny is absolutely beautiful. I'm loving the colors, espicially the color of its eyes.

And if the Eyrie revamp looks like that I suppose I can deal. The tail definetley looks better and the wings are a lot more floofier.

I still don't see any brown hair on that one either. I mean, as far as the overall look goes it just seems like they forgot to recolor it. Nothing else is brown on it, not even it's nose.

*shrug* Maybe they liked the contrast of brown. Here's what it looks like in blue-gray:

It IS a nice recoloring, but I don't think I'd get one. I agree that the tuskaninny revamp is wonderful and much-needed, but I'm still not that fond of them. I just can't see myself owning one.

As for pets that need revamping, I nominate the pteri. The current one is so... awkward and fat and 2-D. And my heart breaks when I look at pictures like this:

and see how much potential they have.

I'll agree that the brown they chose for the Tuskaninny wasn't exactly the closest match, but you can still see why they chose the color when you look at pictures of spotted seals like that one.

I Like that spotted one a lot!
Is this one new, I just noticed the halloween one.

I like the fangs and I like the way the horns are a different color and I reallfy like the expression and the cape.

I don't want new Petpets, theres too many of them =( I want Petpets that arn't mentioned getting new colours....*cough*Narwhool*Cough* They only have the basics and Tyranian as a Special, wouldn't mind a Ghost to go with my Kacheek, or a Mutant one. I am liking the new tuskaninny revamp though, not a Pet I liked before o0

I love that red pteri card, a pteri revamp that made them all look more sleek like the faerie pteri would be most welcome x)

All the tuskaninnies revamped so far have been posted

A few more of the acaras have been revamped too - halloween, glowing and ghost if I remember right (though they had already been revamped then unrevamped for some reason).
