Does each code give you the same item 8 times?

I've tried each of the codes once, received a different item from each code.
There were two codes I tried twice, and for each one, I received the same item that I got the first time I redeemed that code.

Each code has 4 different items you can win from it (Background, Garland, Balloon, and either a Kite or a Disk). Of course, each time you redeem it, you get a random item - hence how on two of the codes I didn't end up getting all of them.

I went to BK for lunch yesterday. I bought a regular value meal and had a coupon for a $.99 kids meal and got that for my boyfriend that I dragged along. That particular BK makes you buy the kids meal since I asked another time if I could buy the toy separately, and she said no. Which is messed up because I bought a Happy Feet toy by itself from there before.

I wanted a Kougra, but I got a Poogle instead. Alas if it were only pink. I didn't get the right bag, so no prize for me. Meh.

Is it a freezable offence to change your country back and forth to get acces to stuff you wouldn't otherwise be able to get to?
Does it work to change your country to Canada?

It is confirmed, it is not a freezable offense to use the Canadian codes for items, because they are non-tradeable.

With 48 different items, and each code only being able to be submitted a limited amount of times, there's bound to be some items you miss out on. Who missed out on what?
Me, I didn't get the Haunted Woods Flying Disc, and (very unfortunate) the Meridell Stone Wall Background.
Though I have a question: if pets are transferred, do they keep their background? In that case, would it be viable to transfer a pet to a side, redeem the code for the Meridell Backgrond, attach it, and transfer it back? And does anyone know the specific code for the Meridell Stone Wall Background? I forgot to keep track.

Does anyone know when this promotion ends? I hadn't been paying much attention to Neopets lately and was thus pleasantly surprised when I pulled through BK and saw the ad for them, but I'm afraid I've missed quite a few already. It started the 1st in the US, right?

ok.just went too bk and got the kidy meal,and took the bag with me.TWO bags at that.i stuck my are in the trash and pulled out anothere bag. btw,i got a green poogle.just in time for poogle day too!xDits the only good plastic one that i have thats good.hes sssssssoooooooo cute!came with a yooyu sticker so thats cool too!but yeh.my codes got me a book and crown.worth about 32k all together.so thats good.

I just now got around to redeeming all those codes. I missed out on:

The only one I'm really bummed about is the house background one, I thought it was cute. Yet it felt the need to give me 7 Mystery Island Kites, 6 Kacheek Garlands, and 5 Terror Mountain Flying Discs (..and a partridge in a pear tree~) Oh well!

Not even sure why it should give you more than 4 of the same wearable; you can only have 4 pets and each pet can only have 1 garland/background at a time.


I still haven't gotten around to going to BK yet. I do really want a Yellow Chomby though! Is there a list somewhere that says when which pets are available? If I remember right, kids meal toys are released in "sets" every week.


Edit: and does anyone else notice that some of the backgrounds don't really "fit" the pets? My pet floats above the ground in the Stone Wall one, and kind of sits on the stonehenge thingies in the Tyrannia one... Just doesn't look natural.

I want one of the grundos. Too bad they didn't do this in the middle of the summer... now it's harder to find time to go to burger king, seeing as I haven't been there in years. It's hard to go out of my way when I'd normally only get fast food for lunch, and I can't really get fast food at school...

It could have been a bigger promotion had they done it when all of the kids were on break.

Yeah... They seem a bit rushed if you ask me. None of them really seem to look natural, though some are better than others.

I agree. I'm a little reluctant to complain about free stuff (because I like me some free stuff) but some of the backgrounds are very awkwardly proportioned. I checked them out on my Shoyru and the results were as follows:
