Sorry everybody, Chris just won.

Moving along...
1. Make the tennis team.
2. Get private trombone lessons.
3. Make high honor roll for the rest of the year (I did it last term, so I can do it again, right?)
4. Buy Photoshop in any form.

Trumps: Take over the world, moon, and Haley's Comet.

I haven't made one in years and don't plan on starting that again. Those are the only resolutions I have ever kept.

Okay, I have decided to scrap all my previous resolutions for the following:

1. Travel at the speed of light, thus destroying the universe, thus making all plans for conquest pointless.
(Also I already own and control the Moon. Back off, or I'll sic adorable baby sea turtles on you.)

Good luck, you can never accelerate to Speed of Light.

Just one this year:

1) travel at the permitted speeds on roads, esp. in residential or urban areas.

I am still going to stick with my 800x600 setting.

Combusken BG's New Years Resolutions for 2007 wrote:My "real" resolutions:

Be more active on PPT this year. (I mean I had a month and 12 days gap between my posts in June and July this year. Then there is that 5 months and 18 days post gap of mine between my last post of 2005 in October 2005 to my first post of 2006 which was at the end of March.)

Somehow someway getting a quote of mine printed in a Pink Ink issue and having just one quote of mine in their PPTers Say The Darnest Things article. (Without it I personally feel like I am a Jabberjaw as at the end of the day all I want do is to gain some recognition here and not feel like I'm invisible.)

To get around to posting my Randomness profile on Randomness. (Which I am still working on.)

Review of last year's New Years Resolutions:

I have defintely been more active on PPT this year.

I did get my name into Pink Ink's PPTers Say The Darnest Things article in Issue 28 for submitting quotes. But I didn't get anything that I have ever said on PPT into Pink Ink's PPTers Say The Darnest Things.

Finally I did get around to posting my Randomness profile on Randomness.

2008's New Years Resolutions:

Hopefully get something I have said on PPT into Pink Ink's PPTers Say The Darnest Things. (Which reminds me when is the next issue of PI coming out?)

Eat a papaya. (Despite going on about papayas I have never eaten one.)

Order something from Starbucks (Again, I have never tried any of their stuff)

1. Stop sucking so much at the piano.
2. Stop using "suck" in the no-suction sense.
3. Be more assertive.
4. Try to wait a bit longer to forget the resolutions.

Correction: I can't accelerate to the speed of light without most likely destroying the universe. (source: my Astronomy professor, Bill)

1. Seriously get more fit and start exercising. Like Asthaloth, I'm also pretty thin, I just can't run more than five feet or do a sit up. My body won't physically sit itself up. :x

2. Find a new job. After my job closed down in September, I haven't been able [read: not trying] to get a new one.

3. Stay together with my boyfriend in a good, healthy, loving relationship. I've finally found a guy that is handsome, respectable, hard working, and treats me like a princess. I don't want to mess it up.

4. Get my grades up to at least an 85 average. My mom says if I want to go to Hofstra, I need at least 10,000 in scholarships. Which means I have to get my 83 to an 85.

5. Live life for me first, and worry about taking care of others later. Enjoy it, and don't let anyone walk all over me.

6. Prove my self to them.

That's all! :D
