Well, thanks to the glories of tabbed browsing in firefox, I am well on my way along floor 4. I just click the center button on my mouse on all the scrolls, then sit back for them to load :)

Yes, firefox is wonderful. All of you out there with internet explorer, get firefox.
I was doing that for a while, till my brother suggested an even quicker way:
Adblock all the images of scrolls you've already read, and then you don't have to check through them all to see if you've read them.
Hope thats able to help some people :)

Actually, I'm not one of those people who are trying to read all 35 variants of their symbol. I'm just reading all the scrolls... period. I'm not caring about the symbols.

As am I. I'm up to I think 366 of the 420, actually a few more, but I don't feel like looking up the exact number right now. It's got to the point where I'll go to 10 racks and not find one I haven't read yet, ugh...

Err, I meant not caring about the image, I'm reading all the scrolls in the temple. I've probably read over 500 scrolls by this point. A lot were duplicates, but who cares.

Oi! Every scroll! Your pets are going to be geniuses once you're done. Judging by pet responces, they'll be well fed too.

How do you figure there's 420 scrolls? If you count all of them, there should be a lot more than that. But if you're counting one of each color/symbol combo, there's only 84. Where does the 420 come from?

420 is from all the possible combinations, 12 symbols, 7 colors, and 5 shapes/sizes...

...so 12 x 7 x 5 = 420 scrolls...

Evening all! Hey, has anyone visited their statue with the crystal? Maybe that can deflect that light beaming down or the one beaming from the opening to a hidden area.

Oh, and...

Good ones, but you forgot future president foreman. 'Speak softly and carry a big cudgel.' That would be bully.

The Foreman would never be president because he doesn't seem the type of yurble to embrace democracy.

I think me and Elric should get to gether and do top 100 possible future jobs for the foreman.

1-4) have been covered (chef through teacher)

Now on to the big list!!

Just kidding. (Elric, if you do want some more ideas, PM me. I can have a dozen or so in less than a hour. Jedi/Sith knight foreman would be cool).
