I have checked my three accounts. On one, I have the first page of my SDB. On another, I have no items in my SDB. On the third, I have everything in my SDB. Of course, the one that has everything in it has to be the one that I only had junk in. The other two had quite a number of valuables.

By the by, I have been in such shock that I didn't even think to send in a bug report (but won't hold my breath until my stuff returns or I might actually die). Time to write yet another report.

I leave for an hour and a half, disappointed that I wasted an hour and a half waiting for the wheel of monotony to finish spinning, and I come back to even worse news.

I haven't had the opportunity to look at my account yet...I really hope everything's still there. Hopefully, they're just working on this bug and it will be fixedby midnight. Hopefully. *Is being optimistic*

Ugh. If I lose my stuff...I am taking a break. I have over 200k in there and gifts from friends. I will be sick if I lose a single thing.

I appreciate that you're hoping to reassure everyone, but it's not as if there is absolutely nothing to worry about. I lost 90+ petpets in the shop glitch 2 weeks ago, and I know of others who lost millions of NPs worth of stock. (Have you noticed that featheralley's shop is empty for example?)

This is more than "server moving issues." Items are being lost and not coming back!

Allright, I'm sharing all my stuff and money with my sister. We're together are really rich and we have plenty of super rare items. If where counting it all together it would be a couple of million neopoints, if not more. She hasn't played yesterday and today. It's 8:08 in the morning here. Is there any chance it only happened to online players. Neopets is down now so I can't check....
Just make the shop stock go again..... (we both don't have a gallery or something like that).

No, I wasn't on any account when it first went down--I was here--writing my fingers off. I then went to my main account when it came back up and saw all but the first page of my SDB missing. Then it went down again and came up briefly. I then checked an account I hadn't been on all day and the entire SDB was gone. It doesn't seem to matter whether you were playing or not.

It really sounds to me as if they're moving the part of the database that contains users' SDBs. I know it's really unsettling and frustrating, but I'm sure everything will return in pristine condition ... hopefully. If not, then I'll be on a rampage!
