Anyone know when us UK people will be able to play, since they said the NC mall was open for us now
EIDT: Nevermind, its working now, YAY!!!!! When was this fixed, I tried a few days ago and it was still stuck

Still not working for me
Very strange since we both have our accounts set to UK and your computer is say 2 feet from mine, sharing the same internet connection.
Any theories?

Probably. They wouldn't really make any money off of the NC Mall if they just gave away Neocash for free.
