Typhoon makes good on his threat and hurls his Wet Snowball, HITTING Siouxper in the face, before HEALING the only person who deserves it, Wind.

Can we use the weak healing potion on ourselves?

Ammer: Yes, you can use the Healing Potion on yourself.
Typhoon: If you use the Wet Snowball, you can't hit or heal. Using an item is separate from that.

EDIT: Thus meaning you can change your action to one of the following:

Hit Siouxper, Heal Wind OR Use Wet Snowball on Siouxper.
