How on earth did you get down?

How does a fireman get down his pole?

That's me.. enjoying a banana. Styling a rather fashionable mini-mohawk, if I do say so myself.

I took the photo while on my travels in Cambodia. This is at one of the spots where we had lunch, lol. It's been a couple of months now and I don't look that much different, really. Less body hair, perhaps.. and lost a bit of weight.

Just a note for future pictures; next time i'd like to see more clothes; less skin/fur. This is a family forum doncha know. 8)

Marissa, you look amazingly tall.

That would be due to the three inch heels I'm wearing.

Awww, Rissa. I remember when you were in 8th grade, and now you're going to prom with cute boys and pretty dresses...

I bought a house last May, and I've been sprucing it up on the inside (like, you know, buying a refrigerator and that fancy Rockefeller-type stuff).

This summer, I've taken up gardening.

Is that a snap dragon Shapu? Here only tulips are blooming right now, we barely even have green on our lawns! (frankly I think the grounds still frozen out at my farm once you get past the first inch or so).

Do you like orchids? We have lady slippers that are simply gorgeous.

Yeah, it's from Teh Home Dep0rzz (I think I have an addiction to making fun of leetspeak. Everyone, my name is shapu, and I have a problem).

Anyway, yes, it's a snapdragon. The variety is called "Montego Sunset." It's supposed to get rather large, but alas, I don't live in a warm enough climate to allow it to be a perennial. So in October I'll have a large 99-cent pile of dead brown stuff.
