It's just a snowglobe judging by the properties...
Still, it has been a couple days without anything so who knows
I think it's a smugglers cove item. Atleast, that's what has been said.
I sound like a total newbie here... but how often can you visit Smuggler's Cove? I wanted to see if I could buy anything with my 12 whole dubloons... and they're telling me I visited too often with my first reload.
I got that same message on first visit to the cave (no reload)

Those are a lot of thank yous. How very sweet. I wish I could help you. Unfortunately, these puzzles do me in. But, I am sure someone here can. And a heads up to all of the new PPT members: I do hope that some of you stick around PPT after the plot. If you do, you will find that we are a great group of people. Funny, a bit silly at times, but sweet and sincere to the core. And each one of us is so different. Yet we all get along so well. So, I encourage every new person to stick around. You never know, you might just become addicted to this site.

I hope there's more battling later though! ^^ Even if the cap was 1, I'm happy I upped my 1p win percentage. (99.58% woo!)
The boards were only 'predicting' that because TNT usually update the plot for the weekend. It was a pretty save bet, but as we all know TNT doesn't always do what is usual.
The weekend news is up and no mention of part 3 of the comic or a new step. The challenger is still there.

It seemed like a safe bet before the news was up, based on past plots....
Well I guess I know what I'll be doing this weekend then. ^^ I really wish they'd take the bug down anyway, I have finals next week, and I really need this weekend. Because, you know, my study habits and grades are TNT's responsibility of course.

OMG hon, that is a bug. you have way too many pieces for the number of boxes they gave you! If you count the number of boxes that each piece covers (31), and then how many boxes you have (16)... they will never fit in there.
I would send that screenshot to TNT, first off. They need to know it glitched. Then I wonder if you go back to the comic and click the "to the puzzle" button does it give you a new puzzle?

no can do they took the link off remember?

I counted that it would cover 36 spots. What about figuring out what the layout would be for 6x6, some of your pieces are laying where they couldn't, if the board wasn't 6x6. What I mean by that is, the one map is laying half on and half off the 4x4 grid as though the grid was bigger but you can't see the lines.

Bluebell,
Is this your first puzzle or your third? Either they gave you too many pieces for the first puzzle, or the wrong grid for the 3rd. How odd!!!!
P.S. Everybody! It's May 4th. "HAPPY STAR WARS DAY"! May the 4th be with you!!!

Is this a part of the plot? If so, has anyone found it yet?
EDIT
This was in today's news...
Sat May 05, 2007 3:47 am
Someone said that it might just be a smugglers cove item
Edit: it was talked about just a little on the last page

I stopped at 250 because I like nice numbers too. There isn't anyway I'd be able to make it to 300 tonight, let alone 350.

Good work on getting 350 wins though!

I just love seeing my win percentage increase.

Guess that's what I get for posting before reading at least the previous page...lol...

I'm more inclined to think it looks like a ship in a bottle than a snowglode (despite what the name says otherwise.. perhaps it has something to do with the fate of the actual ship?
Also, it says that it's been washed ashore.. maybe we have to find where it's washed ashore?
I've checked out the beach on mystery island so far, though no luck.. anyone else got any idea where things wash up?
