I'm kind of confused, there are two prizes for each level? Any chance anyone has a list of the books?

I'm excited that the prize is a book, actually. It's the only thing no matter what will always rise in value if it's rare, or a part of a giveaway.

Uberiffic - Carnival of Terror Guide Book

There is no "all-abigail" prize.

Uberiffic and Spifftastic were challenging AAA and Abigail or just Abigail.

The Ultimate and Megasuberb were for challenging AAA only.
