I don't know much about frogs, but in case they secrete poison, wear those surgical gloves. Washing afterwards may not be a good idea if you don't wear them as it could be a little ineffective. Wear gloves, disinfect and wash your hands afterwards. ^_^

Using a net is safe, unless some kind of rare freak accident happens they won't break any limbs.

Actually, scaring them can make them stressed out. Stressed out = death. Don't hurt froggies! And frog limbs are fragile. One net, one drop, one death. Simple as that. =( Just lure them with water and please relocate them at a nearby park with a water source. My home has no frogs (thanks to neighbor an pesticides) so don't take frogs for granted. They're hyper sensitive.
