Makuta,
For the easier quests (i.e. Jhudora, Illusen, Kitchen, Edna, etc.), you are allowed to use the Shop Wizard. If you have an uber-faerie quest, I would try to complete that before completing an easier quest.
That being said, there's usually a lag time between when you post on PPT and when you get a response; it'd be wiser to use the Shop Wizard for timed quests.
