i would really advise against getting a tattoo somewhere that isnt easily covered up - so anywhere below the elbow, or on your neck or whatever. it can cause all sorts of problems with employers and what not.

Bah, you knowi'm going to leech of you for a very long time, so why does it matter?
Because employers want you to look professional and if you have giant tattoos displayed in an interview, or while dealing with clients/the public it can be a huge problem. It really depends on the job I suppose, if you are going to be some lab tech stuck in a basement all day then it's likely less of a problem then if potential customers and whatnot can see you.
