My pets are rather weak. I probably can't defeat the mob more then once, but I think it would be fair if TNT would release a few more waves with stronger oppponents for the player with strong battlepets. Especially because there hasn't been a war for over a year.

21 11 1 for me, but I'm bored and want to go home now so no more fighting today... just glad I could get in the win against the townspeople.

If the waves progress in a similar way then I should be able to beat at least the weakest opponent of the next wave once or twice... *crosses fingers*

*Plucks up the courage to challenge the Townspeople*

*Buys Stone Muffin just in case*

*Challenges*

*Throws muffin + best weapon*

*Gets hit with 250 damage first turn*

*Runs away screaming to the status page*

 I'll stick to Herman and Bennie.

Tue Nov 07, 2006 6:57 pm

Yeah... um. I couldn't even beat the highest level tree. My best pet has 42 hp.

*sigh*

Leveling up is just SO expensive when you don't want an ugly pet (thus can't use lab ray)

Well, I beat Herman. I am content and shall henceforth retire from this war.

*is damn lucky he decided to freeze Capi instead of bring her HP to zero during the last hit*

Is the lag letting up a bit for any of you guys? I would like to try a harder opponent, but don't want to lose due to the white screen of death. I think I've spent at least 1000np on Super Strength Healing Potions. :P

I wonder if there will be another wave...? If so...will any of us be able to particpate? Hah.

Tue Nov 07, 2006 7:47 pm

The lag isnt bad at all now. :)

Tue Nov 07, 2006 7:48 pm

Lag was barely there last night when I was playing - 12 hours later, I assume that you'll be fine.

The pages may still be a bit slower than the rest of the site, but you should be safe from the white pages of battle-losing DOOM.

Good to know. I have a feeling that when I get back from class at 8:35 I may want to beat some things before watching "House" ;)

Tue Nov 07, 2006 8:38 pm

I"m doing respectably, I think. That's largely thanks to getting solid advice on weapons from the idb forum folks. My battler's HP is only 75 (his highest stat), but he's beaten Herman 20 times and Benny 3 times. The disgruntled townspeople pwn me, however. Reading the posts on the battledome forum here at PPT helped, too. I do much better now that I know what "power" does!

I'll be more ready for the next war (Hope there is one - this is fun!), but my goal this time was not to embarass myself in the fighting part.

*Sits on sidelines cheering PPT comrades*

That stupid sycamore (i think) ended in a draw like 5 times, safe to say I've reached my limit. :P

Tue Nov 07, 2006 11:03 pm

...NOT FAIR.
I got herman down to 2 hp, and then he froze me. And the next turn he healed all his hp, while getting me down to 3. :( And I was so happy that I was actually going to win, too.

Edit// tried him again, and he beat me in one hit. Looks like I'm out.

WHOA...whoa...too hard for me...sadly...yes, battling is extremely expensive. that would be nice if stronger opponent would be released. too many brain-splitting plots and not enough wars...

Tue Nov 07, 2006 11:32 pm

I use 2 Fire Balls, 1 red scorchstone, 3 Purple Blob Potions and 1 Illusens Earth Potion. They're enough to win against a bunch of competeters

Tue Nov 07, 2006 11:32 pm

Im holding on right now, just can't beat the townspeople, ive lost twice
