Go back to Sophie - there's an option to return the potion. She'll call you a quitter but then you can move on to other options.
I give up on bone testing, someone's always there before me and the one time there wasn't anyone, I didn't have the potion!

Exit the graveyard. (the opening in the fence) It's the same page that you got the potion. Look under the potion to click the button to quit.
