Wow, that is a nice touch.

Good catch on the carnies being different for different people in the comics, Drake-Dark. TNT's being lovely and clever and subtle with this plot.

Actually...the last person I talked to was Sydney...but the lupe was the character in my comic. o.o Maybe it got messed up though when I was having so much trouble getting the stupid usul to talk to me. -.-

TNT didn't actually promise a war, but like most things you have to read between the lines. 
TNT said the next big thing would happen in the Haunted Woods (we presumed this meant a plot and it was) but the way it was stated it seemed more than just a puzzle plot.

All these are just observations which add up to something more than a puzzle plot.

You could be right.
It is just that is says it is still coming as Site Content (not TCG) whereas the cards are already here - although that could just mean TNT are lazy and haven't taken it down.
But who knows!?!?

I thought it was stated either in an editorial or a Neopets Magazine that the next plot would include a war?
Or am I just dreaming things up again?

I forgot about that, yes, there was mention in the Neopets magazine about a war coming in the Haunted Woods.
