So after I sent in the form I got a standard reply mail from mailto:heidi@support.neopets.com. I sent a polite email back explaining that I had nothing to do with cheat programs. I didn't get an answer for a while, so I sent it again, and now I get a delivery failure for her email address. I guess she really does not want to help me.
I guess I could fill in the form again, or sent letters to their office, but I think I won't. Why try so hard playing a game when clearly they don't want me to? :(

It really breaks my heart to hear that! My friend just got frozen for apparently buying/selling NP's, items or pets. She's been on for several years, has worked very hard at her account and is even a premium member. She didn't even know it was possible to sell Neo-things for real money! She's sent emails too and hasn't heard anything back yet.

Please keep trying, because like others have said: It is possible to unfreeze your account. I wouldn't want to start over again either, so the best thing you can do is fight for your account!
