I think it's silly saying Plot Prizes or Cup Prizes when we all know very well they're coming in December in the Advent Calender instead.

(And I didn't say this year, either. lol.)

I thought the plot was closed late last weekish? People are sayingo n the boards now (or were) that they couldn't hang the necklace on the statue of the Darkest Faerie anymore...

No, the plot didn't close. I have been helping out people all week with the plot and they can still finish it.

The trouble with the boards, is that newbies who don't know any better, keep saying it is over because they can't do it. Then a rumour spreads.

It will be fairly obvious when it closes - links wont work and TNT usually say when the plots close in the news.

Haha, there's a trick to know when the prizes are out. Basically, if there are 53 closed newbie boards screaming about the released prizes, they're out. Otherwise, no, it's just people saying no, they're not out yet. Heh.

I'd almost forgotten about the prizes myself... the only way to avoid going insane or having nightmares about it. I think when I'll be an old woman I'll be telling the story to my grandsons, and then I'll get a mail and it'll say "I'm sorry but the creator of Neopets has died of old age so we can't hand out the prizes, thanks for your understanding."
Then I'll go insane and they'll lock me in an asylum

For the last week or so, I totally forgot there had ever been a Plot in the first place Even though I finished it...

I guess the only way to prevent all the "Aaah no we still don't have prizes" disappointment is just to forget about the Plot and not expect any prizes. Then it'll be a nice surprise when (if) we do get them

i just completed the plot.

was stuck at the water plant and busted my brains/fingers on it. gave up for about a month then decided to try it today. two clicks and voila. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

well at least ill get a better prize then if id stopped at the water plant. pity i think that place wasnt very fair.

It's funny how you completed the plot two months after the rest of us, maybe on the eve of the new prizes, and you'll probably get an equal score to someone who finished it within ten minutes after the spell was found.

I've been on vacation for the last two months and the first thing I think to myself when I got back was, 'Woohoo! Surely they'd have handed out the prizes by now!' And sadly a thorough rundown of the archived news (and here) told me the opposite ;(
