I'm using my Hissi. =) So far, actually, only four jellies since I only just took him out of the Neolodge which he's -always- in. So... yeah.

I'd love to try this, but my battle pet is perpetually at the lodge, and my other pet is already glowing. XD

I'm already using my Buzz, and I've fed already fed him a lot of Glowing Jellies, but, I did lose count.

I'm in!

Okay so far we have 7 people. I think this will be enough for now, we also have...

Two Cybunnies, a Buzz, a Hissi, two Grundo's, and a few other pets, which unknown species.

If everyone keeps count, we might be able to actually get a set number for all of this chaos, lol. But yea, I really do hope this works. :D We should have a variable of some sort... I guess one would be the species of the neopet... Hmm....

300th post!!!

I really think it's random about the glowing jellies turning your pet glowing. It actually has happened to me, and I really don't think I fed my Pteri that many glowing jellies.

When I first posted that my pet turned glowing, some thought it was maybe 200 jellies...

I never bought any jellies for my pets. I just use what I get from the Giant Jelly. I'm saying this because my Pteri isn't even 200 days old yet. So if I can only get one jelly a day, and I also feed other jellies to other pets, is it even possible that I've fed 200 glowing jellies to my Pteri? o_O

Quoted that from my old post about that. I don't think it was possible that I fed my Pteri 150 jellies in all, let alone all glowing ones. I also used omelettes to feed my pets. =-/

I would hazard a guess at saying that as with most of this sort of thing, it's more likely to be random than a set number of jellies does it. Perhaps it's random after a certain number of jellies have been consumed.

I just took my lab rat out of the lodge, and once I get her down to dying, I'll start feeding her glowing jellies. Right now she's a Kacheek. :)

I'd use my Kau for this as well, but as Medusa already pointed out, you can't paint them glowing. :(

Sun Jul 09, 2006 4:36 pm

Officer, I wouldn't bother Kacheeks aren't available in glowing

She's constantly changing species, though, so I'm hoping she'll change into something useful before I ever hit 125 jellies. And if she doesn't... I can wait.

Although, now that I think of it; if a pet changes color or species, do you think the "jelly count" would reset, and you'd have to build up to 125+ glowing jellies all over again? o_O I have no idea how this sort of thing is supposed to work, and if that's the case, maybe I should wait until she changes again.

Nifty!

I started my own experiment last month to see if I can change my kougra to glowing. Only 20 jellies fed so far...he seems to get bloated from them pretty easily, poor critter. >.<

I'm sort of hoping it takes a long time to turn him glowing because the Lab zapped him to Maraquan a while back, and I really kinda like him that way.

Well as soon as my pet is feeling hungry again, I'll give it a go. I already have about 26 glowing jellys in my inventory..so yeah. :D

Sun Jul 09, 2006 7:59 pm

oh man, looky!

... and he changes colour to Starry!!

so, i'm so in! time to get this thing back to glowing

Hi I finally got a Hissi after nearly a year of trying, Ive been feeding her glowing jellies for a couple of days now in the hopes she changes because im unsure of what colour I want her o_O and the glowing look doesnt look too bad.

So I will keep you all posted on how things turn out :)
