I put in yahoo originally and it says if I don't have an email adress of an ISP or a school/company then I have to confirm it with a credit card...

What about the email of your current internet service provider? Surely when you sign up with your ISP, they give you an email address neh? The email is very important.. that's how ebay tracks you should you default on something.

My dad doesnt let me use the road runner email

Why not? It's probably a lot better and safer than Yahoo or any web-based email.

He doesn't know how to work it.

I looked all around the Juno site and in the mail webpage and everything and I only see paid accounts.

Yep, there's a free service, but they prefer that you pay, so it's a little hard on the site to find it. I did some searching for you, though.

Go here:

http://www.juno.com/support/guide/start.html

It's the New User Guide. If you read D, it says this:

D. E-mail accounts]

All Juno members get a single e-mail account they can use to send and receive e-mail.

If you would like to create a new Juno e-mail account, or if you would like multiple e-mail accounts for different members of your household, you will need to sign up for a new Juno Member ID.

You can sign up for more than one free e-mail account, but if you use a free account to log into the Juno software, it will not have the benefits of Platinum or Juno SpeedBand. Only the primary account holder that signed up for Premium service will get these benefits.

If you would like another account in your household to have the benefits of Platinum or Juno SpeedBand, that account will need to sign up for Premium service separately.

Click here to sign up for a new free e-mail account.

I can't get to the link because I already have Juno, but here's the free e-mail account link:

I hope that helps! :)
