Security code problem

I have been trying to login into my account and it keeps on saying that the security code I have been typing is wrong. I have had 3 attempts that I just stopped. I asked my friend to login into his account and the same thing happens to him.

Anyone here experiencing this? I have been logging off every session in Neo that is why I have to login everytime. :?:

Same thing is happening with everyone. I tried to log in for about the 5th time, and it says 'sorry, you have tried to guess this pass too many times in the past hour. try again in 27 minutes.' And I'm thinking-I got the right password, it's the stupid security code!!!

i'm having the same problem. so is my friend Blue. i have to wait another 45 minutes to see if i can log in again. UGH!

i had that problem once then realised I'd mistaken a G for a 6 (or vice-versa).....hope this helps

I was able to login just now, fyi.

I just have the problem of typing in the wrong letters. It also takes a good while to load sometimes...
