*jumps on bandwagon* I extend my thanks as well. I've been "lurking" for a bit and have just recently registered. The moderators do an excellent job, and the board members are all super friendly from what I've seen 8)

And, a plot related question...has anybody else noticed the negg-shaped building on the Altador map? At the very least, it's cool looking hehe.

yes, i have noticed the negg-shaped building, and wondered about it. I also noticed the water jug-shaped building near it... They've been bothering me for a long time lol.

Well, the next clue is either out now or tomorrow. I'll run the usual sweep for unusual things. Not that I am any good at this or anything. I might get lucky.

Damn! I was convinced I'd found something funky when it just turned out that my mouse had gotten caught on a link and it had followed me round the map

Sorry about the meepit rumour guys, it just sounded sort of possible so I figured I'd bung it down.

Lol, I love the name of the book the janitor is reading after you find "The Collector". It's "101 Ways to Calm an Infuriated Yurble". Sounds like just the thing he needs (although 1001 might be more appropriate, it's amazing that guy doesn't have a heart attack or something, he gets angry so often).

I've noticed that the constellations are already viewable on the TCG cards. (e.g. The Thief) (The Gatherer's link is broken in the gallery)

The constellations shown on the cards are not full, though. My guess is that the appearing of some stars, which finish the constellation, is triggered by discovering a clue.

PS: my last post was with the dinner plot thingy, I think.

altador

ok, so what will the ending of this plot look like? i think when we finished all consts, we have to find out who the betrayer was, who i personally think king altador himself was, but maybe a twist will be added with the astronomy club which we are going to lead..

OMG!!!

When i zoomed in around the map. i found some wierd things like when u zoom in on the village on the left side by 4 times. i saw a golden staue that was the king dude. and once i looked right a bit. i saw a kacheek pointing a sword out to sea...right where we found marik. and if u look carefuly. u see a golden star above the kacheek. i look out and ill tell u what i found

Next part: I found out that EACH of the 4 parts of Altador has a Aisha aound.

interesting

someone earlier joked that the thief could be in a forum because it's crowded... and i know it's a joke, but it's a good guess. in ancient Rome, the forum was the local marketplace. There were tons of stalls, with shops and mini-banks. there were also announcements posted, and major ones were read out by someone with a loud voice. basically, a crowded place full of valuable stuff for sale. perfect for a pickpocket of robber. so yeah, the thief would fit in great in a forum.

of course, the Romans ripped the forum idea off the Greek agora.

That's where it looks like the plot is going, though I kind of hoped they'd put a bit of a soap opera twist in to it. Maybe Altador's evil twin slept with the protector, and brainwashed her to do it? :roflol:

:roflol: i like that one! but i kinda suspected altador as the history thief all along, since he's really the antithesis of the sleeper. especially since the archivist revealed that the person who hid the history is also the one responsible for the current revelations. altador was probably protecting his city by hiding it.
