yes i have taken out all the money i need too and I have refreshed for half and hour, but no luck.

Hmm, that's odd. Perhaps you've missed a step in between? (Visiting janitor, visiting astronomy club, looking at ceiling after last constellation, talking to the archivist, etc). There are so many steps, it seems like it would be easy to miss one. At least, for me. Sorry I can't help more
I just can't think of anything else that would be keeping the next clue from triggering.

you tried every shop? It took me a while as well, but then I realised that I forgot one of the shops: there are 4 in Altador, not just 3!

I believe the link is different for everybody. Go to the Colisseum and click on every 1st and 2nd floor window until you see a Grarrl.

There is no central link. you have to find the grarrl at the coleseum.
And mexxer, not only are there multiple shops, but the interest rate is different in all of them so make sure you change the amount of np you have when you go in between the shops.

He's starting to scare me...a LOT!!
Just watch for the signal, when we take over the club from him

You had to look at the ceiling after every constellation? I never did that and I still got my clues.

To those looking for the Collector item, note that the interest changes every NST hour. Be forewarned now, lest ye be caught. Also, the item ought to be the last in the list, and exactly the number of neopoints you have in hand.
The signal from the club will be obvious. Dunno what, but we'll see it very soon.
Back to a question about the Collector items, do people have a list of what it says in the shop listing? For the purse, it said "This item used to belong to Gordos, the Collector." It might be just that boring for all, but I want to know for certain.
