im at the docks and I can't get the template to appear. Im clicking on the breaking waves but nothing. Can someone help?

Have you completed the previous constellation? Try talking to the Club, Janitor and Archivist - maybe that will help

Woah, you found that one really quickly. I usually find my constellations after less than a minute, but I had been looking for this one for over 20 minutes xD; Thanks!
