Just some random ideas on where we might find the next clue based on what the janitor is saying now -

Collector statue – click feet? Stamps (tax collector stamp) his feet?
Quarry – cave or jubjub’s feet?
Big bldg, bottom middle – appears to be in a low area (underground?)
Mining Club – mining takes place underground
Maybe a stamp club will appear?

Of course, it could be a new clickable place that will only make sense once the clue is released and we find it.

Does anyone have a list of all the things he's said?

I am pretty sure it was posted near the end of the last thread. I know I read it last night, so I can't be too far back.

Yeah, there is a list. It appears to all match where the next constellation can be found.

Could you post the list? I didn't find it easily so I gave up (can you say 'lazy' haha). Maybe it will help us narrow down where to look for this next clue.

Hey guys, just a couple tid bits.

1. I noticed that in the story about the dancer, the people had to hide in the basement underneath the town hall. That would go with underground.

2. I s'pose we won't know until it happens, but perhaps the janitor will go give that Lenny what for!

3. General consensus: do you feel from what the korbat said in astronomy club about the bragging, that the president is fussing to your face but actually proud of what your contributions are doing for the club, or really truly mad and taking credit for your accomplishments because of his own hubris (a little vocab lesson for you)?

The janitor says, "It sure is interesting watching those lights on the ceiling light up. What are you getting up to in that observatory, anyway?"

The disco lights are reflecting on the ceiling in the dance club – that’s where you click for the Dancer clue.

The current clue is:

The janitor shouts, "My favorite underground dance club got closed down by that stinkin' Archivist! GRAARGH, THAT MAKES ME SO ANGRY!!!" He hurls his mop to the floor and stamps his feet.

Some possibilities: underground, closed down, stinkin’, mop, stamps, stamps his feet.

Oh no, what if it's his toenails again?!?

Been looking since you posted. No luck at the moment, and have to go. I'm pretty sure that it's not in #34. Try 33 or 32. I should be back in about an hour, and I can continue looking then, if we have no luck. I've definately read it somewhere

I thought of that...I've been checking them since the plot started and they have remained black the whole time. Besides, if they start changing colors and I have to go back to Anubis Toxicology one more time, I'm going to gouge my eye out with a spoon.

??!!
can anyone point me to what this is about?
I'm sure it's in a previous thread but since I missed it, I wonder if you could take just a moment to fill us in or point to the original post if you remember when it took place, cuz it sounds funny but!?!

I think this is the post you are talking about http://www.pinkpt.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=556578&highlight=RAAARGHH#556578

It's a reference to the cook from the lost desert plot. I think he was a yurble, don't remember for sure, but his toenails changed color according to the next clue but no one ever caught on about it. Anubis Toxicology was a horribly large room that you had to search for your scrolls.

Hey everybody :) Thanks for the help after my computer imploded, I'm somewhat back on track. The Constellation finder now sees the constellations... and I got up to clicking the dots and finding the first constellation. I clicked the "connect stars" and did the Sleeper... but it doesn't say that it matches any known constellations!

I don't think I skipped a step, bt I may have...
Stupid computers and the implosion of... it throws me too far behind!

You can tell you have your first real map when the number of colored stars drops off. You should have mostly white stars. Secondly, there have been many cases of fake constellations to trick you. So you may have a second sleeper somewhere else.
