I think I have the same problem with the Farmer, I used both helps to find the constellations and I Just can't get the farmer, the web that give the coordinates says:

Found The Farmer:
267,-345
187,-405
197,-485
327,-435
307,-465
347,-475

But I Can't find those stars in the Map or the telescope..I've done all the steps and even the lenny archivist has my clues (the farmer one too) but nothing....Is it gonna change or is the end of the road for me??
Thanks for reading

Excellent. Finally, one of these scenarios have shown up.

Here's what I want you to try:

Cut-and-paste the following link to your browser and hit enter (this must be done in the same browser window you used to go to altador/astro.phtml?get_star_data=1 and get your star data):

http://www.neopets.com/altador/astro.ph ... 5;347,-475

You should get a number on the browser window that says "4". If it says "0", then it didn't work (either the coordinates are wrong or you are not at that point in the plot yet).

Go to the Lenny at the Archives to see what he says (and to doublecheck if this worked). Alternatively, you could check the gems above the Farmer statue to see if they've been activated.

Edit: Couldn't get it to direct link, so cut-and-paste the URL instead.

By the way, unless your Farmer coordinates are exactly the same as above, this should only work for cruelly_innocent.

I found the Dreamer the hardest, because it was a lot smaller than I was looking for! I was expecting it to take up far more room than it did, and I had in fact found it a couple of times, but accidentally overlooked it. Happy days...

I'm not sure. If you've already done everything, then are you sure you're only pressing tab twice, and highlighting the text at the top before you started? They can make all the difference.

I'm finding my coordinates alright and even found the stars for the Farmer without any trouble. But every time I try to submit it tells me it's not right... Any ideas?

For that, you want to make sure that you're connecting the stars in the right way. The six stars may be right, but you need to connect all the stars in the same way as is shown - a common problem, I find.

Try to put your cursor on the pixel at the very bottom and very left corner of the picture and click. It should be there, but the target area is very small so it's easy to overshoot it.

The other way to find it is to right-click and open the source HTML, but I don't know how comfortable you are with working with that. You'd have to search the source for a URL fragment that starts with "altador/tomb.phtml?".

Ya I just tested it again and it's not that hard to find the Pixel as long as your looking in the right place.

I only have Firefox. :/ I've had this same problem a few constellations back, and got it fixed, I just can't remember for the life of me how to...

I've followed each and every step, also. Doublecheck with Florin, which I was just trying to do. I had a similar problem with the quarry, where I didn't click a button to go back or continue, so I made sure to navigate completely by the buttons...but yea. Didn't work. Help?

I know this is a totally ridiculous question, but you have found the other three constellations first, haven't you? I'm not trying to make you sound like an idiot, but I have no idea what might have happened.

I've found all of the constellations up until Florin's- though I found it just now. The star data was there...but in white text, like someone said. XD But I still can't see the actual stars in the telescope- just blue, unclickable stars. Cleared by cache, cookies, browsing history...

It sounds like your telescope applet is not getting the star data or cannot read it properly. The blue stars are part of a stretched background picture, so you really have no stars at all. If stooddard's program found coordinates for your constellation, can you post them or send them to me? From those, I can make the proper submit URL for you, bypassing the telescope.

Well if it does not fix itself I believe there are other browsers you can try although I am not that familiar with everything out there. If you go to netscape.com I believe you can still get an earlier verions of the mozilla browser that would have its own engine, cookies and such and may not have the same bugs. Maybe some one else here can suggest others.

Hey, I just tried my get_star_data=1 and my coordinates seem to be coming through fine in black and white. If yours is coming in as white text on white background, that could be a source of the problem (since there'd have to be extra tags on the page to change the text color, assuming it's not the fault of your browser or computer). Maybe it's another glitchy server problem on Neopets's end (like at the beginning when people were getting totally different maps from different servers).

I also see black on white and am using Friefox. Others maybe getting the white text in IE.

I also thought it worth mentioning that the stars now go out to 770 but the farthest clickable in the telescope is only 720 and according to Darkfire's page there are a few stars falling in this boundry.
