Oh-ho-ho-ho. I'm really glad I already found my First to Rise constellation.

The sequence is/will be (warning - spoilers follow):

1. The Blanket
2. The Donkey
3. The First to First
4. The Rainbow
5. The Moderator
6. The Weewoo
7. The Hairy
8. The Cat
9. The Unicorn
10. The Sweatshirt
11. The President
12. The Actor

Filters are making that difficult to decipher, but that looks accurate.

Okay, the stars above my dancer statue have not lit up despite having found the new constellation and getting the badge. Is this happening for anyone else?

You should be looking above the F-irst to R-ise statue and not the D-ancer.

Because you're looking at the wrong statue. Look above the one that is lighter in color. That is the formation that you found.
