It is the first to rise constellation. I just checked the jewels above the statues, and the dancer is not lit up but the other is

I found my stars! Turns out it is the first to rise. Strange putting it behind the Dancer, just to mess with our minds.
It took a little longer to find it because they'd flipped it around from my original map.

maybe the window faces east. As the sun rises in the east, it is the first (place) to rise

The archivist says, "Ah, Siyana. The First to Rise, as she is called. How fitting that her constellation should be revealed by the rising sun." He chuckles. "I'm afraid I haven't much more to tell you about why this is all happening, though perhaps we can learn from what I haven't found. You see, I've gone through the entire archives twice -- and I can't find a single history book. I can't fathom there being thieves in Altador interested solely in history books, though..." He shakes his head. "But I'll keep looking, and see what I can find."
this might mean that the thieve is next? dunno just a speculation, though i liek the theory that the constellations are goign in the order of there months it hink it was

Don't forget to stop by the Astronomy Club once you find your constellation... you might get something special.

Ooooh, and you get a pretty badge from the Astronomy club!

Nice.

Worked fine for me in Opera. Unless you refer to the Tomb view, in which case I used view source and just pasted the link.

The Blumaroo Astronomer seems a bit...displeased.
The Astronomy Club members once again cheer as you enter the room. The president walks up, a smile plastered across his face. "Gosh, it's really great how you're finding all these constellations so fast. I really wish I knew how you did it." The smile is not in his eyes, though.
Nevertheless, he withdraws a small item from his robes. "Well, uh, anyway... I suppose you should have this, now that you're obviously a full-fledged astronomer."
hmm...

I think the Blumaroo Astronomer is a little bit jealous of us
