It is. The old one had .co.uk at the end of it instead of .me.uk. Long story short, the owner had lost interest & let it expire. Plus the site was down almost as much as it was up. Anyway, after going through a few temp forums the members of NC decided they wanted a permanant one & created the one you see today.
