Altador Archives "Plot" (split 1)

That's kewl yay.... So does anyone want to just some up quickly what the last plots have revealed because this is my first one, and i dont really no what's going on....

i dont get whats so annoying about chat speak. i mean as long as you can understand what the people mean then who really cares. its a lifesaver for a slow typer like me

...that's the thing, I can hardly understand what you people mean. I speak fluent English...it being my native tongue...and I can hardly understand chatspeak. Goodness knows how difficult it may be for someone who doesn't speak fluent English. It doesn't matter how slowly you type on a forum. No one's waiting. In a chatroom, that's different, but on a board: no big deal about not sending in a quick message. Only reason why there's so many messages popping in so quickly right now is because it's being used as a chatroom. Believe me, just don't use chatspeak on a forum. It saves everyone, including you, all the trouble in the world. We can start up a huge debate on it. In fact, there may be a topic elsewhere on the forums here.

Quite frankly, I'd rather hear new information or ideas on the plot than information and ideas that have already been brought up and settled.

i asked a while back about what the picture was on the darkened square at Hall of Heroes and someone said that it was a probably a map. i don't know if this matters at all but i just noticed there is also a map on the archivist's desk

and it's got a "x" on it....

ive noticed now that every plave you can visit(minus the rock quarry) in altador is plastered with the sun symbol. all the symbols have 8 points except the HOH. the neopedia talks about the 12 heros and how altador is now ruled by 10. thats because the df is a stone and jerdana is trapped in the orb around the df's neck. which makes 10 but if u remove the last 2 fairies from the group you get 8. i wonder if this is the reason everything is plastered with the 8 pointed sun or have i just lost my mind........dang toddlers gone and ran off with my mind again.......hey bring that back i need it.......

that if you look on each of the club members shoulders there are different symbols representing the clubs maybe these symbols will eventually mean something

if you think about it the quarry probably shoudn't count because it is outside altador's walls

all this stuff just gets way more interesting it's like making, or understanding the history of something yet the something is unrealistic, it's mind blowing really.... and for some reason i think the sun's have something to do with this....

Actually, If you read the article again it mentions that King Altador is the primary ruler, and that the council is made up of the remaining 10 members, which would mean that Jerdana is not in the orb. So, assuming the Dark Faerie is the member that is missing, then we can assume that she's trapped down at Maraqua in that statue with the orb around her neck, while the rest of the heroes rule Altador.

I'm not sure the points of the stars have to do with anything on how many members there are. I haven't seen any 11 pointed suns yet.

i went into the magic marvels store to check about an earlier post saying that his wand's sun had eight points on it (it does). Two of the items in there were a Golden Sun Chalice and a Sun Ring. The chalice had 8 points on it's sun and the ring has 10 points on it. This pattern of everything having 8, 10 or 12 points seems to be consitent. Maybe they are going to split everyone into three groups, 8 points, 10 points and 12 points.

i was just checking the statues to see if they had suns on them and my hero, Jeranda, seems to have a 9 point sun on her dress. This means my previous plot guess is probably wrong. So right now all we seem to know about the sun points is that we've found one or more items with 8 points, 9 points, or 12 points that are directly related to this and 8, 9, 10, 12 pointed sun's both directly and indirectly related to this.

The way I read it is that the 10 remaining members make up the council - IE the ones who are still around. And I'd like to know where the thought of Jerdana being in the orb came from - I don't think it was just a whim.

I think the sun is just Altador's symbol... probably doesn't mean much quite yet.
