John Stevens- In my opinion, this guy should of never been sent to Hollywood. I've never heard him sing- all through the competition it seemed to me like he just said the words and added a little bit of a hum to it. I doubt very much that he can hold a long or high note, and he always sings the same kind of music. In the beginning, it was alright, but it just got boring later on. And he cannot dance. But mostly I'm upset/surprised that he made it as far as he did. Apparently, the bulk of those votes were made up from people who think he's cute. And to that, I have one thing to say: Ew. He's never done any charity event that I know of, which gives me license to despise him.

Jon Peter Lewis: Same thing as Stevens, though JPL can dance and has an alright voice.

You are my IDOL!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's exactly how I felt, but with better wording. haha

Oh, and I can't stand Fantasia Barrino or Ruben Studdard. They both didn't deserve the AI Title (Diana Degarmo and Kimberly Locke did), and they both should be shipped off to a faraway island with no means of escape.

Agreed. Clay has a nice voice and is a very good person, but I prefer Kimberly Locke's voice to his. As for Fantasia- self explanatory.

It really is quite scary how we like the exact same things, and have the exact same opinions. :o

About Clay, I'm not really sure if I hate him, it's the fanbase. The Claymates.. There's a limit to liking someone, and they've pushed it.

You hate meeeeeeeee. Everyone hates me. But really,I agree American Idol is not his thing..although I think he should have gotten further..I think his voice is indeed weak,I believe he will get better throughout his years in high school and he'll be a big hit someday.. <3

...

Atleast to me. I'll stand by him no matter what.

But whatever. I'm for the underdogs, and I dont care what anyone thinks anymore..*shuffles off*

EDIT: Mark, all Claymates arent insane. Please quit saying we're weird.

Maybe not all "Claymates" are creepy/weird, but you have to admit the vast majority of them are on the verge of insane.

I am sorry, but you're wrong. The majority just like him a lot. Other singers have some weird fans too,but no one goes around saying the majority of them are up the wall.

Actually.. most obsessive fans are quite weird and it is more than noticable. There is a difference between admiring a celebrity and being obsessed with them.

Hulk hogan sucked in the few movies he was in.

Okay, fine. Think what you want. I'm just gonna forget this thread is here, because if I keep this up I'm gonna step into cow manure and get myself a strike or something.

Sorry I ruined some of the fun in this topic.

You aren't ruining the topic, you are just taking it a bit too seriously. Who cares if someone doesn't agree with you about how Clay Aiken fans act, or the fact that some people just do not like him or his music?

The scariest fans of all are Olrando Bloom fans. I know a girl in my school who kisses a life-sized cardboard cutout of him as Legolas every night before she goes to bed. :o

Wow, now that is crazy! Just one more reason to hate Orlando Bloom

Agreed, on the JS part. He has a beautiful voice, but it is absolutely not American Idol material. He should go into something else, and stay far, far away from pop. If he does the right genre of music, he'll be a star in no time.

And I am sure I am one of those insane Claymates. Ah, what a funny name for Clay fans.

Ack, that's going a bit overboard. I've never understood the Orlando Bloom obsession to begin with. I don't think he's very attactive. He looks somewhat like an elf without the fancy ears on.. >.< Plus, he isn't the best actor when he has a lot of lines.

You know, I like Orlando Bloom. But that's just scary.

The girl you mentioned above seems to be in need of a psychiatrist. No one should kiss a cardboard figure...because...it's cardboard. O.o
