Can't say I've seen it before, but I'm a little disapointed that the circle pose hasn't been made see-through again.

Great colour though.

I have no clue who DEV 2.0 is.. but I'm guessing they're a cruddy little kids band?

The band is currently working on a project with Disney known as Devo 2.0. Details are scarce, but it seems that a band of child actors (among them Nathan Norman [1]) has been assembled and will be either re-recording Devo songs or pretending to play them. A quote from the Akron Beacon Journal elucidates, "Also Devo recently finished a new project in cahoots with Disney called Devo 2.0, which features the band playing old songs and two new ones with vocals provided by children. Mothersbaugh doesn't rule out the idea of the band gathering in the studio, eventually, to record a new Devo album."

That's from Wiki http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Devo#Devo_2.0

Devo did the song Whip It. I saw Dev 2.0 on some news thing and they were showing their remake of Whip It. It looked horrible =X

The robot peadackle has a propeller...nice.

Here's a piece of trivia you *never* needed to know: on construction sites, after the smoke detectors are installed, they put little dust covers on them. The ones I've seen all look *exactly* like little red shiny plastic DEVO hats.

"Whippet, good."

I hope that illusen's slingshot is a nice uber HT item.

No. DEVO is an actual, popular, adult band. That picture shows a bunch of children dressed up as DEVO, which is apparently advertizing another "Kidz Bop" CD.

"Kidz Bop", which is advertized like crazy in america, is just a series of CD's where popular rock, pop, and hip-hop songs are edited for content and sung by children. Lyrics about sex, drugs and violence become lyrics about lollipops and hugs and duckies with an irritating child chorus. It's so all the soccer moms can buy whatever "hip" music their kids demand in a nice, safe, heavily censored format. Because this caters to a specific, alternative audience and could be considered a "public service", they're actually allowed to do it WITHOUT asking the original artists (though I'm pretty sure they do. Usually.)

Sadly, it sells and it sells WELL. They're now a frighteningly powerful entity.

You know what, guys? Kidz Bop CDs aren't for you. They're for KIDS, surprisingly enough. Obviously you all don't like them, you're not the target audience. Most of the kids I've known think they're great. So why don't we stop ragging on it?

And I'm sorry, but what does the awfulness of Kidz Bop have to do with unreleased neopets stuff anyway?
