Llama Pet Shopkeepers

The main reason why I dislike it is because it just looks plain goofy. And if there's one thing I dislike, it's goofy. It's all about attitude with me. The eyes look skewed. The ears are floppy. The nose is enormous. I think I could take the mane actually and the body is close enough to the old so that it's not really a big deal, but the head and face are just off. When I look at it, I get this image of it bumbling around, cross-eyed and tongue hanging out of it's mouth as it stumbles into a wall, bounces off and giggles. It's just...goofy.

But you know, I just figured out a way they could fix it. Just a tiny little thing, and I'd accept it. Bring the chin up higher and make the nose just a little slash. That is all. Keep the ears. Keep the eyes. Keep the mane. That's all they need to do and I'll go, "Well, it's okay I suppose."



Say what you want and call me crazy and a little obsessive about details, but that makes a huge difference to me.

.. WHY A MANE?! It seems that half of the pets have them.. I want a pet that doesn't have a massive beard growing out of it's throat.

I liked the orignial one.

I still want the spider-pet-thing from April Fools. I don't think that they could make that look uber-cute.

The ears look too.. Rabbit-esque. I liked the originals that weren't floppy and goofy looking. The eye.. ... That scares me. o_o; The orignial sorta shy look about it was a nice change from all the brightly smiling pets. The lines were thinner on the original, and it made it look better.

Also, now it doesn't look like a Llama.

It looks more like a lion with that maneish thing. What is with the mane.. Why is it so big? Too many changes. ><

The original had a cute fuzzy pet look, the type of thing I'd just want to pick up and cuddle. The new version is goofy, stupid, and ugly. In their attempts to cutesify pets they just make them ugly, stupid, and goofy. This new llama thing and many of the other redraws/new pets look like they came out of a Disney movie. *sigh*

I am totally with you on everything you said about it being goofy. But the ears still bother me - they're too round and floppy. They're a cartoony representation of ears, unlike actual animal ears. And someone said the ears were too rabbity, but even the cybunny has better looking ears than these.

I suppose they redrew it because the other one wasn't exactly cheerful looking, but this is a really unfortunate case of overkill.

The shade of purple in the yellow one's ears doesn't match the shade of the yellow used very well. It looks like it lost bloodflow in its ears.

I honestly don't mind how the pet looks.

It'd look better without the Chomby spot, mane and if it had the old one's ears but its not the worst pet TNT ever released.

I won't abandon my lab pet if it turns into one, but I'm not going to go out and create/adopt one either.

One more redraw. Changed the ears and reduced the mane to something more manageable. I'm not changing the eye because now that it has a nose that fits it a bit better I've grown quite fond of it. And I'm not taking the mane off completely because then it'd just be the lamameeah, and that would defeat the purpose of this.



You know, perhaps doing redraws is a bad idea that will make TNT less likely to change it. Because the staff is going to come here and agree with what we're saying but now they're afraid to change it because of new legal problems that our new redraws bring up. Could that be the problem now?

out of all ... it's the the original AP drawing that is the best, IMHO. I like the "ruff" on it's chest, I like the slightly confused eyes, I love the ears and that cute little nose. It's a cute pet without screaming CUTE or Hi, I'm a disney wannabe.

I actually like this pet. The cloud one looks like a poodle sheep and the bab...well...ok, not so cute... But I like the Gnorbu overall
