Not sure what you're doing or asking. Here are the directions for Crystal I (from the First Post):
1) Match up the light sequence to your tablet. 4 symbols will fall under "red", 4 for "yellow", 4 for "blue", 4 will be left blank (ignore these)
2) Now go to your directory (colored racks at start) to find the symbol/location match to what you did on part 1
3) The order of the COLORs you need to read the directories is determined by your CRYSTAL. Go to your inventory and look at the color order on top of the crystal.
4) Now click the colored directory that is the same as the first color on your crystal. Take the symbols that were designated for that color and read them in order as found in your DIRECTORY (NOT your tablet). If a symbol repeats, read it again.
5) Repeat this process for your second and third color.
6) If you have done this correctly, at the end you will recieve a message about a sharp eye
so you take the first 4 symbols from your tablet (top left to right) for your first color and you find them in your directory and the symbol found first in your directory out of the four you found on your tablet you find first not the first one in the directory? Am I getting this right?

Butterflyhornet: Well, I believe you need the weapon from Nuria, after you tell her the "true" Qasalan equivalent of your Tablet Translation. You cannot buy this weapon.
paranoiapenguin: Label your tablet first, left to right, top to bottom. But when reading the scrolls, use the order of your Card Catalogue. So if it is RYB you will read all 4 Red scrolls, all 4 Yellow, then all Blue (from top to bottom order in Catalog, as well).

Oh darn I took my first color and did the whole rack from top to bottom. Can I start over?

Yes, but in this early stage, I do believe you have to start over with all 12 scrolls from the beginning. Just to be extra-safe you might even want to exit and re-enter the Repository. You should not be reading entire scroll racks. You label the Tablet to associate a color with a symbol only. Then use the Catalog to find the location of that scroll, is all. Just be sure to label the Tablet according to your light spectrum, and read the scrolls like said before, all 4 red, 4 yellow, then 4 blue (IF that is your order, check your Catalog for that as well) but at the same time all your reds from top to bottom in your Catalog. Hope that is more clear.

I went back to fight Razul again, and the name cannot be clicked on...I was under the impression from other posts that I had read that we could go back and try again.

You're very welcome.
To clarify, someone caught an "indescrepancy" in my description. But I do not think it matters. In other words, I said "in the order of your Catalog colors" (RYB as example). Technically, I think it is in the order of your first Crystal color, but for Crystal #1 I believe it is identical to the order of your Scroll Rack / Card Catalogs. So in this case does not make a difference. So, don't be confused. You are still correct.

Once you win or draw against him, you cannot fight him again at this moment in time. Maybe we can fight him once a day, maybe something else will happen

TDG - don't feel bad, I did the same thing - used burrow. It was 300 something damage done and I had a draw. Weird thing is I don't know if the draws will actually count in our overall points. There's just a 0, not a 1 for draw. But the message does say that I "weakened" him.
Butterflyhornet, have you battled using your special Nuria weapon?
Craftdee, I don't know if you can try again if you've lost using the Nuria weapon.
Some people did try to battle him before the whole new tablet/translation/weapon and were able to try more than once. That may be the key - if you try to battle with your regular weapons, you can keep going. Though no one was able to defeat him in a "normal" battle. He's got uber weapons.
From what I understand there was some sort of "glitch" that allowed a few people to keep fighting (and winning) against Razul with the Nuria weapon. And from what I saw on the BD earlier, a few were frozen for that glitch.

I don't think we're going to be able to fight him until the next stage of the plot. I fought him at November 15 16:35 (4:35 pm) and it doesn't allow me to click (and I don't expect that it will)

I just tried and it didn't work. Unless it's a 24 hour thing, I don't think you can fight him again.

I don't understand how you could have lost to him. It should be impossible to lose if you use one of "the" weapons against him They all automatically drop his HPs to zero, thereby assuring you of at least a draw.
I think we will get the same amount of points for a win or a draw. As long as you use "the" weapon on him, you should be fine.

I think it's a once and only once kind of thing. There were some that got a few attempts at him, but that was a glitch. I think we'll all get a certain amount of points for using a special weapon on him, and that's it.

Yeah...we will probably get the same points whether we won or lost...I say this because he hit me with something that decimated me while I was useing sink and another defense booster while for some people he just sits there and lets them hit him without hitting back.
