I'm EXTREMELY frustrated and angry and almost in tears right now
The site had been working beautifully for me all morning so I thought "hey, look, must be fixed." So I got and decided to do some purchasing I've wanted to do the last few days. I've saved up for soooo long to finally get my friend a Royal Paint Brush for her birthday.
So I go to the bank and withdraw the money and now... it's gone. Just gone.
ALL that money. Gone. Without a trace.

I don't know if you ever got to the point of attempting to purchase the paintbrush, but be careful of buying any large priced items today. The last two purchases I tried to make from the official shops, the shopkeepers took my money but did not give me the items. That was 5,000 np's down the drain, but it could have been a lot worse.

I'm really sorry to hear that, you should definitely send in a glitch report - they may have more proof you actually bought it if you got it from the HT. Either way remember if you send in a detailed report you may get your items back, I got two petpet pbs back once after a glitch so it's not impossible ^^;

Nope. Didn't get the money from the bank. I had money there, withdrew it, and it never made it into my neo-wallet. Somewhere in between, it disappeared. So I never got to buy the item. I called the Premium line and was almost in tears when I did so (today has been a super-suck-a-riffic day all around) and the response I got was "We'll look into it. We know there are errors in the system right now. We may not be able to return what you lost though." I argued it for about 15 minutes before telling them that if I don't see something back within the week, I'm cancelling my Premium. I feel bad now, looking back at it... I took out my bad day on them, and now that I think about it they probably have very little to do with the site itself.

hahaha hey i just emptied my shop till 2 times. i got 2 times what i should get 1 time. i hope not b/c someone payed for sth and didn't get it... but at least this makes the pain of losing 4x17K less painful... (minus 12K...)

When trying to read the neopian times I "sometimes" come over a 404 missing page alert.
It made me want to spill my coffee!
Actually I had no coffee!
I was drinking water!
But the 404 missing page alerts were...WEIRD

That just happened to me somewhat. I played a game and it should've said that it was my 4th game but it shows only 3 scores submitted. I got the NP for four games though.

these are 4 sequential refreshes on the game page for a game that i've actually sent score 6 times in

plays 2 : score 240
plays 3 : score 350
plays 2 : score 272
plays 4 : score 456

I'm afraid to play any more sucks i wanted to get the most out of the 5 plays. almost afraid to go visist my pets in the academy.
