I wasnt on at ALL last Halloween, so I missed all the treat bags and the sidebar. 
3am EST isnt too hard for me to wait for, since I usually dont sleep until around 6am anyway. Hopefully it will be the same method as last year to get it, because I neeed it. I dont have any sidebars, and Ive hated that garish yellow since forever.

I thought I remembered hearing that it had to be in the Haunted Woods, but I might be wrong - or what I heard could have been wrong.

The current idea is you can only get to keep it as a random event if you refresh / Click a new page sometime between 11:59 and 12:00 tonight.

I must say that's it's easier on the eyes than either the maraquan one or the yellow one. But still, the valentines one pwns it so horribly!

Im probably NOT going to be up at 3 AM IN THE MORNING trying to get it. TNT should make it a few times in the day for us. Thats just unfair how they do it.

I totally agree. the people in the other hemisphere have it bad too since they're all at school/work while we just have to stay awake until the wee hours of the morning
