I usually just put my lab pets in the pound and post the time on the NeoBoards, but I'm getting sick of having my pets go to accounts that get frozen or more recently to autoadopters. PM me if you are interested in THIS Neopet, not just any painted Neopet. The petpet comes with her, but it has been zapped. If you remove it, it's just an abominable snowball. I'm not on too often, so please be patient, and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

Both pets are in the pound. Both pets were found on a petpage that lists pets that are stuck in the pound, and don't show up in the pound rotation. I have been fostering them and waiting for the lab to paint them (both were painted today) and I hope they will each go to someone who wants them, and not just another foster home.

This doesn't seem to be listed anywhere here, but there was either Editorial blurb a while back about petpage applications. In short, requiring people to put that much effort into an application was considered to be on the same level as selling pets and isn't allowed. I'll have to muck through them to find the exact quote, but just a heads up to anyone asking for one.
