The weather can be found on the Explore page near the Neopedia.

On a not so plot related note: all of this LD stuff has made me jealous of all of the Lost Desert pets. Some Royals are also getting ire. The Royal Korbats look too much like their from the Odyessy.

I have to admit, the dead board is getting to me too. Not even any newbies coming along that we can help out...
I've searched every square of the basement, 1st floor and 2nd floor hoping to find another "hidden stair" like the one on the 5th, to no avail. I hate to admit it, but I gave up there - Haven't searched the upper floors yet.

There are twelve scrolls in the Temple maybe we have to read those twelve in the repository. They give the colour and symbol.
maybe read the temple one then the repository one.
I read a scroll in the repository and it said you understand a little more

1. I dont think we should use the temple anymore, because when we tell the prophesy to the statue we keep getting that same page again. The only way to get into the temple again is to tell a WRONG prophesy. It doesnt make sense that we have to tell her something wrong! I think that the last thing we needed to do in the temple was to tell the prophesy. maybe we will get a new prophesy later on (maybe from reading the scrolls in the reopsitory) and when we enter the temple again we will come to the statue at once.
2. I also think that when we read the correct scroll in the repository we will get another message. Like when we read the correct scroll in the temple your pet understood it! But we havent gotten a clue to which scroll to read first! There are 420 scrolls and some ppl are missing some or only have 1 of a sertain scroll.
3. When your pet reads a scroll in the repository the message (boring understood a little, and so on) changes if you refresh. if it is the correct scroll to read I dont think the message will change.

if whoever does the next split actually takes the advice and gets rid of all the useless junk, then i dont think understanding the scroll in the library is a requirement to get in the scroll repository now- i never had to pick an excuse to get in...

Yes, but keep in mind that some people are still starting the plot, and need the large majority of the directions that are still there.

Nope, nobody has. We're not sure if it's a glitch, or if something needs to be activated before we're able to get to the other closed stairs.

I'm almost wondering if this part of the plot is being made out to look more complicated than it is... Perhaps its a matter of everyone coming together and reading as many scrolls as possible, of course, this would be like an unpuzzle in the middle of what appears to primarily have been a puzzle plot... Wouldn't it be nice tho? 
Would make my day, of course that would predict another chunk of long wait time... I remember someone, I believe sleepy ruki?? posting something in an email that gave an odd count, wonder if it would be replicated here? hmmmm... cannot wait for more, wish I was more helpful... *sigh*

I read scrolls in the order of my tablet, based upon the colors of the library (or special) scrolls. Of course, scroll type was not a factor (a, b, c, d or e) as the shapes of the library scrolls do not coincide with the repository scrolls.
Anyway... all that to say... NO LUCK!! again.
Part of me thinks Tristan is probably right. Consistently, at different junctures, we've hunted down every convoluted possiblity to advance this plot. Honestly, nothing we've ever tried during a "down time" has gotten us anywhere. The only time the plot advances is when TNT activates a new development. So while, once again, I feel there is something we need to do in the repository, I'm guessing it's the same as moving sand or moving furniture and this task will be over when TNT says it over. In the meantime, we probably amass plot points based on the number of scrolls we read.
On a separate and unrelated note... is anyone else experience extreme quirkiness on the Neopets site this morning?
Anyway... all that to say... NO LUCK!! again.
