I really wish we could have kept the vial. It would have looked fine in my gallery! I have also ehard that those who have not done the work can ENTER the scroll repository but will not be able to do the sequence because they were not covered by scarabs.

No, there are 420 different scrolls: 7 colors * 12 symbols * 5 shapes. I've read about 250 of them. It's a real pain marking down which ones I've read (even with my sister helping), so I stopped.

On another note, did anyone record what the item descriptions for the empty vial and the smokey vial were? I was in such a rush I didn't check and I'm curious. I loved the description of the t-shirt... I wish we could have kept it (or gotten a second one).

Read a scroll in the tomb?

Is there anywhere to find the old parchments that we used way back when?
Since you can't trade or sell this crystal, it's obvious it needs to be placed somewhere (hence the holes)...

Shapes of the scroll. There are some big, some small, some in the middle.

Maybe not - we couldn't trade or sell the T-Shirt either but the Chef knew we had it. Maybe the holes, the fact it's crystal, etc are a clue who we need to talk to?

Has anyone else noticed a lack of some symbols with some colors? I thought about trying to read the scroll that matched the symbol on my statue with the color of door she was behind but I can't find it. I've looked on many, many, MANY different racks but nothing. I'm missing 3 different symbols for that color.

It is basically the same ... just the "new" secret stairs that don't quite lead to where they need to, yet.
In stamp's image ... there is one block in the room that is there that shouldn't be there. I assume it will disappear when they (TNT) are ready and be stairs ... that there from the "secret 5th level entrance"

Ah, I see. For some reason I was thinking of the shapes of the seals (by analogy with the doors in the temple, I guess) and I was confused because they're all the same. :-)

OK, I leave for awhile and all this happens! I've been to the repository, got the vial, battled, got the t shirt, then got the crystal.
Now, as to the scrolls ... I'm just wandering the first floor and you can just keep clicking on scroll racks -- they all show full of scrolls, just all different ones. So I don't know if there's a specific one we'll have to look for, if this means anything (though I can't imagine all that work for nothing but for us to look at) or if it's another red herring.
Oh, I just tried to put my crystal in my shop just for safekeeping? You can't! I stuck it in my gallery, my sdb is just too full. I'd never find the thing again.
