A frequent theory in the boards says that maybe you have to win Bob 10 times in a row and then lose to Sid.
I think it is based on 2 things:
1. The news say "to Bob's delight" which means that he'll be happy or satisfied.
2. The "Bob" text on the avvie glows 10 times before Sid appears.

How do you get sid as a BD challanger?

He is Random. Ok anyway i went venturing into the Neoboards and here are what i found:

It is NOT

1. Winning Punching Bob
2. Not Refreshing At The Winning/Losing Page
3. Not Losing To It...
4. Neither Is It Eating The Bob/Sid Lollypops During/Before/After Battle
5. Not Donating/Discarding The Pops
6. Not playing with his plushie too

Side note: Sid appears during the fight not after or before.

I'll beat Bob 10 times if needed, but after I get home in 4 hours. I doupt it'll give the avatar, but I'll try.

Sid comes for a SET TIME. As I said in the other thread last time Sid appeared was during the Mystery Island plot and he was only around for an hour or two because I remember how me and my friend were all yelling about Sid on MSN and trying to beat him.

I can't wait for Sid to come back, I might be able to beat him this time, except he can do 2k damage in one hit. >_>

Ok long shots but who knows, I'd fight him but my fighter pet has Blurry Vision =(

It takes me like 8-9 minutes to beat Punchbag Bob (weakest hit 38, strongest 66, not inculding Honey Potion) if I don't waste time doing something else. It is not such a hell beating him 10 times or even 15 (prolly more than 10 coz Sid doesn't appear so often).

ppl in the boards already refute this theory, but i still haven't saw a solid proof that it is wrong.

No, Sid just randomlky appears some times. It's not Lose/Win to Bob though`

Now, that is more like what I thought I remembered about Sid.

My pet can beat bob in about 5-10 mins or so and I've hit him several ties no avi maybe its random who knows?
