I wonder how long it will take to get everything in place, and I wonder if the blurries are caused by not checking in with the ID, or just a plot device...Hmmm...
Blurry spaces are items of furniture that have been stolen by "thieves."

ID moved! Right near the front!
Edit: 44, 18, to be exact. Practically right as you go in the door.
w00t, that must be the fastest place ever! 1 step away from the ID, under 20 steps in and out!

I thought there was supposed to be a lock out after moving in 2 pieces? Did the Yurble Foreman's message change or am I going nuts? He's saying we'll just have to work doubletime to avoid the thieves... Anyone else getting the same thing?? Or did I miss some intel somewhere?

I just want to say, this spot for the ID is absolutely awesome. I fit a table--a table--in under 2 minutes. I did three or four benches before everyone else caught on and filled them up. That one that I mentioned earlier took 16 clicks to get in and out. And nothing takes more than a few minutes. This is awesome.[/i]

I agree about the ID placement, and apologize for any redundency in reporting his whereabouts, slow connect - ack! But, I'm wondering if the disappearing furniture is related to the current chapter with the desert scarbs beating the invaders off with furniture? Has this already been covered??

Argh this part of the plot is so damn stupid.
Its frustratin to walk all the way in and out, and you know what? placing furniture doesn't matter!
Yesterday I walked in a room and put a scroll rack on it's spot. In that same room were 2 other racks, a few open spaces for racks, and a few spaces that have been stolen (also racks).
Because I got tired of this part of the plot I didn't move and didn't bother to look again untill now...
My rack was gone, so were the other 2 racks, the spots they were in didn't have the whiped out chalk lines. The other whiped out chalk lines were also restored. and somewhere else where there USED to be a solid chalk line, it was changed into a whiped out one.
Conclusion: It's all nonsens... almost every piece of furniture get's stolen. Every chalk line gets restored. It's hopeless. You can decide to fill a room with 10 people, and come back in 24 hours to find it to be completely empty WITH restored chalk lines...
why even bother LOL!
in time TNT HAS to continue it's plot (it's not like they will abort it because the pyramid hasn't been filled in the past 10 months)

I'd have to admit, it is getting a little old, and I haven't really been doing it very long either... Not sure where they're going with this one and I am the sort of person that usually doesn't mind doing repetitive things. When you see that its going somewhere just to have it all drop out again, its well... kinda disheartening... Time will tell??

Not even close. The first place he was in was in the middle of the 9 square by the door - we got annoyed when he moved the first time.

AAAARGH! *breaks a leg off a table and starts beating the foreman with it* I wasn't trying to put the furniture there, I was just moving there! *whack whack whack*

As I posted a few threads ago, we are in a frog in a well situation. It looks like every X amount of time Y number of pieces are stolen, while we place Z number of pieces. (See algebra is great.) If Z is bigger than Y then eventually we will fill the place. Z is obviously greater when USA joins us later so it will feel much better then. But if we all stop now - the place will be empty before the rush returns.
My point - it may take a while but it will get done. However I agree, if we could see what this was going towards it would be much less mind numbingly dull.

They should make the "thieves" battledome challengers... there could be a certain number of them, and once they're all defeated, furniture stays put. That would involve the battlers and the puzzle people. I hope they do this, because right now, this SUCKS. I'm walking around the basement, and the huge number of smudged spots is really disheartening.
