We'd need to get exact info from people that just received the avatar. Perhaps a seperate thread is needed so people can post a screeny of the win

I think it's probably beating the opponent in a certain way, but a screenshot would give us tourny level, opponent, where their pieces were etc

I got the Cellblock avatar about a month ago. I'm not sure if I remember 100% correctly but I believe I got it playing against Meekel in Tournament 12 and I lost to him. (I only remember this cuz I was mad I lost but thrilled I got the avatar so I'd never have to play again...and I haven't )

I still haven't gotten the avatar, but I agree that it may have to do with a layout of chips or something since some people got the avatar when losing and some when winning. I'd love to know how to get it actually since I've got 189 avatars, but not that one.

Just an idea ... but do you think maybe you have to win or lose with a V or X shape pattern? Seeing as the avatar says VEXED (and yes I'm aware the main man is Master Vex, but it's just theory)

Well, I 'm hoping that collecting information here will help us figure out if it is some type of configuration that is necessary.

I do like the idea of screenies from those who get it now. So if you have a screenie of when you received it, please post it or us. If you are lucky enough to get the avie now, please screenie your board - showing as many details as possible. Hopefully some sort of patern will emerge.

But I don't think the mods will allow me to post this elsewhere, in a separate thread. The siggy suggestion seems to be working, as traffic is trickling in. I just don't post much.

I'm at tournament 14, level 4, got to the gold medal before the avatar was released, for me it has been a nightmare to get it, and yes, still haven't got it.

Just a random bit of info I remember reading somewhere that probably supports the formation theory--it doesn't matter what level you're on since some people have gotten the avatar on Tournament 4 while some have had to play all the way to Tournament 53. Sorry I don't have a screenie...good luck finding the solution!

Gah, I have it on my old account but not on this one. And I have the Gold Trophy and refuse to play more. I'll play for the trophy on a side account and hope to get the av.

I'll chuck a thing in my sig too, I post too damn much so people should see it.
