Eeeeep! Where did you find this Guardius? If this is true then we'd better start working it out again! I know we've been, in the main, waiting for another clue - such as would be revealed by the comic.

i dont think that's it. this quote is from NeoQuest 2, not tied into our search.

Did someone mention in an earlier thread that in an old plot a Neoquest character was altered to help... or was that someone saying it could happen? If they did change NQ characters to offer help then he sounds a good candidate. I think he's in NQ2 in Terror Mountain.
Edit: did a forum search and can't find the reference so far lol

I'm in the middle of Neoquest II and just tried it. It just lets me continue with the game where I left of. So that isn't the answer.

Question, when you find the fairy Statue, how long is it again until you can enter the Temple? I ant to write my Symbol down but i'm on number 4 of the tablet pices adn don't want to lose my track on them, hoping to get them all done tody, but if it's a 12/24hour wait for the statue I'll go here last

I've spent too much time and no progress 
I've decided to.... go and read a 'Ben' Scroll; I have 3 'Ben' on my Mysterious Tablet.
You tentatively step forward and take one of the scrolls.
Your pet reads the scroll and gains a little insight.
Then a trap door opens under your feet and you find yourselves thrown out of the temple onto the desert sands.
