I'm not sure if this clue is okay or not but Stamp was on the right track in the beginning you just have to continue searching.

I got excited and started doing plot stuff again ... so I only looked for a little while longer last night.

I needed a little help and your hint was perfect....(it still took me a good 3 hours to find!)
Where would the fun be in just telling others the answer like what I saw happened on the neopets board earlier? Madness! Thanks for the hint anyway sillygurl, gave enough away to help, but not so much that we don't still have to work it out ourselves!
