rumor of a Scarabug avatar?

I thought tomorrow was Blumaroo day. but on the avatar chat boards everyone is talking about a scarabug avatar.. Where do folks get these rumors? I havent seen any mention of a scarabug day or any images posted of a hint of a scarabug day.. what gives?..

On the last "unreleased" thread there's a bunch of scarabug day images/paint jobs 
And there's usually an avatar on theme days People are just speculating that since most of the recent avatars have been clickable, that they might release another one where you have to own for X days (since its an affordable one like scarabug...remember when huggys were 7k? 
)

Anyone remember what the old one looked like? I like to compare.

I hate all this speculation. I cringe just imagining all the complaining if the speculation is wrong and people have 100s of these petpets and have basically made a loss on them.
I can't stand it. People seem to think that they deserve a profit no matter what and have no regard for the possibility that they could potentially make a loss. SPECULATION IS RISKY BY NATURE! I feel like I'm beating my head against a brickwall whenever I go to the Neoboards shortly after something like this has occured.
It even happens when the item is needed, people complain about the fact that they are not getting enough or they missed the maximum price and now have to sell it for slightly lower.
All of this is really starting to make me despise avatars and avatar collecting. I just wish TNT would put all the stuff on the servers only a very very short time before the News is released, it would stop all of this.
In some ways I really really hope this avatar is a clickable to make all of these greedy Neopians suffer. I know that's not a very charitable thought but I'm sick of it.

The point I'm trying to reach here is, there is nothing wrong with doing the investing IF you want to risk it and accept whatever risk comes along with it - something that so many Neopians seem incapable of doing.
Other than that, Scarabugs are cute, the revamp is great and I look forward to seeing what the avatar looks like if there is one.

I knew keeping that scarabug on my pet was a good idea. Don't like the revamp, though.

Too bad Scarabug is such a low rarity. Even if it was an aged avatar, it wouldn't go up much. About 6 restock almost every restock. 
Joke's on the people when the avatar comes out. Even other aged petpet avatars, they had a higher rarity. Scarabugs is low.

They've gone from 1k to 14k max so far with a dip to 10k so I'd predict a low max of 20k most likely due to the rarity. Daft people might push it higher though.
Either way if you buy at 1k you can't lose, hehe. There's also the fact that it's been a long time since there was a petpet day without an avatar, and it feels like quite a while since the last avatar release as it is (seeing as the petpet labray one is kind of unreachable for now).

I happen to like the new look. I think it's much sharper.
I don't understand the price increases that come with aged petpet avatars. You have to wait 100 days, at the minimum, to get some of these avatars. If you're willing to wait so long, why not wait a month for the price of the petpet in question to come back to something more normal?
