Darigan bori looks awesome. I agree it looks more mutant than darigan, but either way it's great.
As for darigan bori looking too much like blue bori, that's not necessarily a standard to judge a pet color, in my opinion. I mean, the Halloween yurble is definitely the best-looking yurble even though it's technically not a lot of change from the green yurble.

Darigan Bori might have a mutant feel to it,but what makes a darigan pet darigan? I think some darigan pets lacking wings is good, some species just aren't ment to fly. Acaras, since they're aquatic, Peophins for the same reasona nd the fact Bori stay under ground a lot.
Darigan Draik and Grarrl happen to be my two fav darigan pets, before Bori came.

i doubt peophins will get a revamp... although they would look great with one, they are still wrapping up 3 other revamps, and and even though it would look GREAT it doesnt NEEEED it because it looks pretty good allready.... and they allready have a long list of pets to be revamped...

Darigan pets don't have to be purple sure but I do think they need to deviate more from how the actual pet looks rather than overgrow them. My favourite darigan pet is probably the aisha and looking through the other darigan pets, all the nicest ones look a lot different from their plain coloured counterparts.
The bori there reminds me of the mutant bruce, very overgrown with added evil bits. For a mutant I would have been well impressed, but for darigan I would have expected something better really especially for the high price tag and the nice base pet. For the bori though it's probably one of the better redraws as they don't have many. Except for faerie =)
The tyrannian usul is pretty funny I think in a "durrr" kinda way, very ugga like Odd choice of place to put the bone.... >.<
The tyrannian peophin is growing on me so much, I'm really looking forward to peophin day as I'm hoping there will be a fantastic revamp

I got scared seeing how great it got changed.

aww.... sure, its cute.... its REALLY cute... that thing looks great... but i wish they would have just updated the last one.... i liked the idea of all the tenticles so they matched the ears.....

More I look at it, more I can't really tell it's a gelert, plus it's kinda on the "girly" side, like faerie Yurble. I like the design greatly, just that I can only see female gelerts as it.
This is a wonderful revamp, nonetheless, Tons better then what we had before, but the more sided gender, kinda hurts those with males and don't like the look.
Meh...least Gelerts have a good color now. Royalboy was the only decent one, IMO.

I think it's a vast improvement. The old one was cluttered and bogged down with about four too many tentacles. The boxlike shape of the body looked to rigid for an aquatic creature and the face itself was just ugly as far as I'm concerned. The new one is is sleek and fluid. Plus, I'd hate to be lashed across the face with that whiplike tail. It's not shiny enough for me, but I think it's quite decent. I can understand how some might see it as a bit feminine, but prettiness isn't always a female trait.

I seriously hope this is a labray color only. Because we don't need a cream colored version of snot. I'm not even sure what the heck custard is according to TNT because they only custard I've eaten is very much like ice cream. Why couldn't they have released more pets in chocolate instead? That at least opens up the possible ways a chocolate pet can be done rather, drippy gooey white stuff. I mean. Gawd. Whoever thought of this should be drowned in a giant vat of custard.
Wait now. Does this mean we aren't getting whatever color that ghost zombie uni was in the TCG?!
