Sorry .:CD:. just stating my opinion. Oh and call me Amy, dear. :P

It's basically about a boy and girl's relationship...umm...you'll see. It's not rubbish, it's just a bit more serious and umm. Meh, I can't explain, I was just unhappy because I felt it didn't go with the song. 'Rubbish' is a bit of an exaggeration on my part.

I do believe you can get the video here:

EDIT: Sound is a bit dodgy, but otherwise, tis fine. File size isn't that bad either. :)

EDITEDIT: Link doesn't work anymore. :(

yeah, it is a bit odd... long winded, i'll give it that. switches from a relationship to a war situation? *yawn*

Ehh. I though "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" was okay, but that's about it. I don't usually listen to Greenday, so I really can't say.

I think i've heard "American Idiot" before, but I didn't really like it. I can't really remember why though.

"Good Riddance" was sung at my MS graduation, but it was sung really horribly, so it sort of gave me a bad impression.

Ack, I liked Green Day until they became over-rated. I actually hate the song "Boulevard of Broken Dreams". "Holiday" is my favourite song from their latest material and "American Idiot" is alright but can get extremely annoying.

I enjoy their older material much more.

The story of Green Day, in my own word structure (as Buffy would put it: "Fire bad! Tree pretty!"):

Band forms. Band good. Band get popular. Band crap. The end.

Dookie is great, great stuff.

My brother has some older stuff, somewhere. Which is also pretty good.

My favorite Green Day album is Insomniac, and my favorite song is Geek Stink Breath.

Yep.

I'm a fan of them, though I do prefer their older stuff to the newer, more 'popular' stuff.

Agreed agreed agreed. It turned into some 'punk' band, and it became 'punk' this and 'punk' that. And then the era of bad music happened.

I heard the actual "Good Riddance", and it was pretty good. Compared to the present day songs... eh.

Green Day is ok.
I like 'She' and 'When I Come Around'... And more stuff from Dookie.
And i'm not saying that the American Idiot album is bad, because I did like it.

Pre-american idiot: Band R0xx0rz!1!111

American idiot: Band Suxx0rzz!!1111

though i do love boulevard of broken dreams.

To be honest, I definately prefer vintage Green Day over their new stuff. I do still like American Idiot though.

My sister drives me mad though, she's all like "Ooo Green Day are like my favourite band ever!!!" and then "Teenage Kicks" came on the radio and she asked me who it was.
