Does everyone realize that the news says it'll be for everyone for Today (Friday) and Tommrow (Saturday), then you'll have to Unlock it? Meaning we can obtain it some way some how still.

Can you use the v-day/halloween sidebars whenever you want?(I don't have either one ) Or are you only able to use them on those specific days?

If you've unlocked them ,you can use them whenever.

Personally, I am hoping it is not a war prize. Many people tried to support the war but couldn't get past the first quest and that whole can reject it after 24 hours never worked for me.
It may have worked after neofroze my accounts but i am not sure.
Either way if it is a war prize I wont get it

Is the rumor true? You have to equip a Maraquan weapon, visit the war page to get the sidebar?

I highly doubt it - I'm sure hundreds of people with maractite weapons equipped have visited the war page recently... and still no news...

I have an idea, like LupetyLupe's.
Maybe it's getting a score that gives you 1k, on all of the supporter games?
If it was that, then I would NOT like it.
